Bio

This is who Heidi Schneigansz is in a (rather large) nutshell:

General

• I am 27 years old, but sometimes I feel 33, 38, 45.
• My surname is German for Snowgoose, hence the nickname.
• I have a tattoo of a Snowgoose (that I designed myself) on my lower back.
• I am naturaly platinum blonde but prefer to be brunette.
• I am one of 5 girls (half and step sisters included).
• My heritage is German (as I am sure you have guessed) and Afrikaans, but I only speak English.
• I studied Graphic Design. I went from print design to web design to digital design to Online Marketing.
• I talk a lot. No, I dont think you fully understand… A LOT! In fact, if you dont stop me I could go on for 4 solid hours about any given topic.
• I am fiercely loyal to and protective over anyone I care about.
• I am an Account Director at the awesome Quirk in Jozi.
• I love my job to the point of obsession.
• Speaking of obsession, I am slightly OCD. When I become interested in something, I have to learn EVERYTHING there is to know about it.

Interests

• My current obsession is Social media, SEM, eMarketing and all that ‘internet stuff’.
• I plan for it to be a long-term obsession and I am trying to get everyone else I know just as obsessed.
• I love reptiles, specifically lizards and have a Bearded dragon and a Veiled Chameleon as pets.
• If I had the money, time & space, I would buy about 8 more lizards.
• I adore rugby, I may know even more about it than most men.
• Having said that, I am physically incapable of spotting ‘offside’ on a field. I understand the rule, I just cant see it.
• I support the Blue Bulls and will not be friends with Cheetahs Sharks supporters.
• I have been a fan of Formula 1 and other motorsport since I was 12.
• I support Ferrari as a team and Lewis Hamilton as a driver. (Well done Lewis: World Champion!!)
• I have driven a rally car. Yes, a real one.
• I also love cars, all types. From Lamborghini Gallardos to Shelby Mustang GT 500′s to Subaru Impreza STI’s.
• Nissan Micras, Tatas and other small, bread loaf like things are not cars.
• I change my mind occasionally a lot often.

Arb stuff

• I am scared of clowns
• Sometimes I take great pleasure in acting like a bratty kid with ADD.
• If left alone, I could sleep til 10am every day.
• I am a voracious fiction reader and can devour a 600 page novel in less than 4 days. (not eat it – read it)
• My choice of fiction is anything macabre – Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Jeffrey Deaver, etc.
• I am really really good at the board game: 30 seconds. I have only ever been beaten twice.
• Do not get me onto a dance floor if you are a reserved person – I go insane.
• I don’t really drink coffee, but my favourite smell is a freshly opened bottle of Nescafe.. weird, I know.
• I am addicted to crisps – people have to hide them when I am around.
• I have not had crisps in 4 6 2 months (I am suffering). Ok, ok, I had crisps last night. Chop.
  
• I cry very easily.
• I laugh just as easily.
• Contrary to popular belief, I do not make close friends easily.
• When I do make friends though, I will do anything for them… anything.
• I think I may be addicted to the internet.
• I like being addicted to the internet – life was so boring pre-geekiness.
• I know I am addicted to Twitter.
• I tend to share too much about myself to people…
